How do I make an appointment?

All booking requests are made through our website and then most communication is through email. (Of course you are also welcome to call us to discuss anything)

Here’s how it works:

  • Find an artist you like with pricing and availability that works for you.

  • On the artist’s page, submit your request.

  • If the artist has questions, we’ll send feedback by email.

  • Otherwise, we’ll reply with a price and instructions for booking. Most of the times, we’ll provide a link directly to the artist’s calendar so you can choose a date/time that works for you.

Artists generally will not send any designs by email. You won’t see your design until you visit the shop for your appointment.

How do deposits / rescheduling / cancellations work?

Deposits are non-refundable down payments on tattoos. Every customer pays a deposit when booking an appointment. Your deposit is your commitment to be tattooed by the artist and to follow the shop’s policies. We’ll never refund a deposit. We ask customers to give us 7 or more days’ notice to reschedule. Your deposit is forfeited if:

  1. You ask to reschedule within 7 days of your appointment.

  2. You reschedule more than twice (even giving ample notice).

Your deposit may also be forfeited if:

  1. You arrive 30+ minutes late to your appointment.

  2. You ask to change your tattoo idea / design at the appointment in a way that the artist cannot accommodate in the given time.

Do you do consultations?

About half of our artists do. The other half do not because of schedule limitations. When you submit your request with the artist, you’ll see an option for a consultation if it is possible.

Do you do walk-ins?

Yes! We typically have an artist available for walk-ins Sundays and Thursdays but please call us any day to check availability.

How much do your tattoos cost?

Each artist’s pricing is different. Check out each artist’s page for an idea of their pricing.

Do you use vegan ink?

Yes. As far as we know, nearly all tattoo inks are vegan and the brands we use are all explicitly vegan.

Do you do touch ups?

Of course. If you were tattooed by one of our artists and your tattoo needs a touchup, email the artist with a current photo of the tattoo and any notes about what needs to be touched up. If a tattoo needs a touch up within the first year, we do it for free. After a year, they are $100. Sometimes it’s possible to get your touchup while getting your next tattoo with that artist so make sure to mention it when planning your next tattoo. For tattoos on the hands and feet, we limit free touch ups to just one within the first year. Any subsequent touch ups on hands or feet will be $100.
